When Fortune magazine published an article entitled "The best advice I ever had." It was a great article that offered wit and wisdom in pursuing business success. I liked it so much, that what motivated me to produce my latest book, "Leadership-best advice I ever got, which describes the best leadership advice 136 successful entrepreneurs, coaches, counselors, teachers, leaders, executives, presidents, politicians and religious leaders who have received the most help to become effective leaders and successful.

Here are 7 secrets to leadership success:
