There are several aids that may be useful in the formation of his baseball team.
Sliding zone.
The time to teach sliding is when a child begins to play baseball. It's closer to the earth and eager to learn. Let the grass grow 6 or 8 inches high in foul territory at the end of a bullpen or outside the outfield fence. This is to cushion the player needs.

Pitching Target

Once the cross chains have been stretched, vertical strings at the width of each plate should be strung between the cross strings directly on the sides of a plate of home to complete the strike zone.
Practice pitching mound was erected appropriate casting distance of the strike zone, and again practice pitching slabs can be built from scrap wood, painted white, and anchored to the ground with wooden stakes.
When pitchers warm up, using the strike zone for a goal, this practice may be more realistic to have a position hitter in the batter's box. Thus, the batter has the opportunity to judge strikes and balls and become familiar with the pitched ball and the pitcher gets used to pitching to one batter.
After a few sessions, the batter can start his swing and then get back to the practice of checking his swing when the field is bad. This is a good exercise for the batter, but should never go through with the swing, because break the chains and could harm someone working elsewhere.
Batting Range
If there is space near your playing field, develop a comprehensive batting tee. A net or canvas can be strung between poles or buildings. The size of the area is not too important, but we recommend an area of 8 to 10 feet high and 30 feet wide. This would take three shirts and hitters batting together.
Using a ball of wool, practice batting tee zone could be created next to a building or any other barrier that would eliminate the need to go far to retrieve the batted ball. A ball of wool be implemented with sufficient flight to determine if the batter is hitting line drives, vehicles, or flying high, and remove the broken windows and other risks of that nature. Again, if not space is available, teas can be established behind the mesh regular field and can hit balls against the ceiling. Use a foam rubber baseball plastic balls, tennis ball or a ball of wool, if not available.
With these few aids, training of your team can become much more effective.
